Trey is the founder and CEO of Vantage Stays LLC, bringing over 6 years of hands-on experience as a real estate professional and investor. His background spans single family and multifamily properties, short-term rentals and AirBNB operations, commercial real estate, and long-term leasing partnerships — giving him a well-rounded perspective that most investors simply don't have.

One of Trey's strongest suits is creative finance. Rather than relying on conventional buying and selling, he structures deals in ways that work for the seller's specific situation — whether that's a subject-to arrangement, seller financing, lease options, or mortgage relief. This flexibility is what allows Vantage Stays to say yes when other buyers walk away.
